Nearly every issue that occurs is due to the timer being unplugged temporarily or the GFCI button on the outlet being tripped. We ask that you check the timer and push the reset button on the outlet and if that does not fix the issue we will be out within a day to fix them.

Most installations take anywhere from 2-6 hours, however this can vary based on difficulty and size. In most cases, you do not need to be home. In rare cases, if you don’t have adequate outdoor power sources, we may require access to electrical components inside your home or business.
